OUR PROCESS
Restoring and producing photographic art prints is one part science and one part human talent. While others have access to the same developer technologies and even some of the same images, we provide competencies that very few would even contemplate.

We employ our own certified conservator who goes far beyond removing dust and scratches, and making color corrections in Photoshop.

In many cases the photograph is a true restoration employing technology and talent other galleries can only dream of.

This make us unique in the industry and allows us to offer Art that others simply cannot.

Our conservator understands that not only is every image unique and requires it’s own hands on attention - but this is only successfully accomplished within the photograph's context.

ORDERING
Placing an Order:
We've designed this website to make on-line ordering as easy as possible.

Our payment processing is provided by your choice of PayPal or Google Checkout. These companies encrypt your payment details and protects your personal information to ensure that your transaction is safe over the Internet.

We also accept Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.
If you have any difficulty placing an order, or prefer to order via a live person, feel free to call or get in touch via our Customer Care Facility.

Custom Orders:
Most items ordered through this website are considered standard orders. We can also process a custom order for you via email or telephone. If you have a particular item request, want a larger size print, etc. these would qualify as custom orders. Custom orders may only be returned for replacement with identical items. Custom orders will always require your written or verbal approval before
proceeding.

SHIPPING
Domestic USA Shipments:
Standard domestic orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service which usually requires 3-7 days in transit, in addition to our own processing time. Shipments may also be expedited via Express Mail service. While these services are reliable and guaranteed, the truth is that there is never a guarantee on their expediency. If
you have a deadline for delivery, we strongly encourage you to call us with your requirements.

International Shipments:
Standard International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service which usually requires 5 - 9 days in transit, in addition to our own processing time. Shipments may also be expedited via International Express Mail service. While these services are reliable and guaranteed, the truth is that there is never a guarantee on their expediency. If you have a deadline for delivery, we strongly encourage you to call us with your requirements.

RETURNS
Alexander 909 Gallery is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 Days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, we offer a convenient Photo Return option that speeds replacement. Simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to alexander909gallery@yahoo.com.
Please include in the body of the email: your order number, the shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and let us know whether you are seeking a replacement or a refund. Your request processes within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know your replacement is under
production.

If you would prefer to ship your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund. We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

Gallery Wrap

We offer Ready to Hang "Gallery Wrap" as an option on some of our items. This option can be found under the sizes Drop-Down box in an item-detail listing where you view and order the product.

We only offer this option on Photographs or Artist Originals where we believe the subject matter would be appropriate for this type of technique.

When you order a Gallery Wrap there are a few particulars we want you to be aware of:

1. Processing time on our end is approximately 14 days prior to shipment.

2. One reason that the processing time is longer is that in addition to the creation of a Gallery wrap canvas, there is a special protective coating applied in order to provide UV light protection. This prevents fading and cracking and makes the art easy to clean.
